Position Overview:

Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will oversee the nursing and healthcare services in accordance with the Health Act 2007, HIQA regulations, and best practice standards.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic planning, team management, and a commitment to continuous improvement in resident care.

Education & Qualifications:

• Third-Level Degree in Nursing (Essential)
• Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI) with an active PIN (Essential)
• Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent (Essential)
• Valid certificates in Infection Control, Manual & Resident Moving & Handling, Medication Management, CPR, Dementia Care, and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
